Angel Haze - Werkin Girls
Depuis le début de l'été une nouvelle venue dans le (Female) Rap Game tend à faire oublier les Iggy Azalea, Azealia Banks et autres Snow Tha Product. Après avoir marqué les esprits avec son titre New York, Angel Haze nous revient avec un Werkin Girls sur lequel elle démontre l'étendue de son talent.
L'artiste originaire du Michigan est maintenant installée à New York où elle vient de céder aux trompettes du géant Universal. En outre elle était invitée cette semaine aux BET Hip Hop Awards 2012, aux côtés des quatre autres rookies de l'années selon la chaine à savoir, Childish Gambino, Cypher, Joey Bada$$ et ASAP Rock (prestation à découvrir plus bas, ainsi que l'ensemble des gagnants...).
Et en attendant l'album, on profite de son Ep Reservation qui ne laisse augurer que du bon pour la suite!

Jay Z & Kanye West @ Radio 1's Hackney Weekend 2012
Ce weekend, nouvelle occasion de regarder le trône du duo New-yorkais. Ça se passait en live à Hackney, en tête d'affiche du weekend organisé par la BBC Radio 1 et ça a été l'occasion de voir par exemple MIA et Rihanna venir faire coucou ou encore Beyoncé se lâcher sur Niggas in Paris.
Cette petite demi-heure permet en outre de constater (s'il en était besoin...) que la ferveur autour du projet ne faiblit pas et que leur tournée est une vraie belle réussite.
